TCA now has three different ways that clients can complete the LIHEAP process.
1. Online - Clients may complete an application online and submit with the required documents. Access the application by going to our website at www.tca-nola.org.
2. Pick -up & Drop Off - Clients may pick up an application packet from TCA LIHEAP box, located outside of 1410 S. Jefferson Davis Parkway. The packet contains the application instructions, the application, frequently asked questions, and document checklist. Completed applications with the required documentation can be returned to the LIHEAP Drop Off mailbox –located INSIDE 1410 S. Jefferson Davis Parkway. Supporting documentation, such as Zero Income Form, Contribution Form, you may request one when picking up the package or downloading from the www.tca-nola.org
3. Telephone Access - Senior and Disabled clients needing assistance completing their application can call theTCA automated phone scheduler at 504-882-7181 or use this online scheduler to schedule a telephone interview with a staff member to complete the appointment scheduling process. Be sure to leave a valid telephone number as our staff will be calling on the date and time of your scheduled appointment to process your application. If you wish to get additional information regarding the LIHEAP program qualifications or information regarding your Entergy bill you can call 504-875-2653 and speak to an Entergy / LIHEAP representative.
